BACK ORDERS / REFUNDS / RETURNS – TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Back Orders

If the product in your cart is “On Back Order” this means that the product you have selected in not in stock but will be manufactured. Please allow 6 weeks for Mannor and Tinnenburra Items and 3 weeks for Equestrian Fashion items

Returns

You may return our “Off The Rack” full priced items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. We must receive the item back by the 14th day for a full refund. They must be returned in the condition you received them, and they must be unworn, unwashed, or unaltered with all tags attached. If it is over the 14 day period we will issue you a credit note to your nominated email address.

Gift Vouchers / Certificates

Gift vouchers or certificates cannot be redeemed for cash. Vouchers and Certificates must be used by the expiry date given on the card and forwarded to Just Neigh prior to completion of the intended purchase.

Made To Measure Clothing

Our ‘made to measure’ items are only placed into production once your measurements and deposit has been received. Please allow up to 8 weeks for completion. This will allow time before your event for alterations if necessary.

Based on the measurements you provide, our team will review your order to make sure the right size is made based on your measurements. We might contact you if we have any questions regarding the measurements.

Since each Item of Clothing is made specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on these items. However, we will make sure to work with you to ensure the best fit. Because everyone is a little different in shape, we may seek further alterations to create the ‘perfect fit’. In general we add 5cm to your measurements to allow for clothing and shape differences. 1st Alterations by Just Neigh are included in the cost of your made to measure purchase and alterations need to be completed within 30 days.

Each item of clothing is checked for quality before it is shipped. If however, the item arrives damaged please contact us and we will get working on resolving the problem right away!

If you receive your item and require alterations you must contact us within 7 days of receipt of your item so arrangements can be made. If you have made the mistake or we have made the mistake, it doesn’t matter, nothing is a problem, and if we work together it can be resolved.

Shipping

All of our Jackets are shipped via Regular Australia Post with a Tracking Number unless requested otherwise

Our ‘in stock’ items are shipped within 1-5 business days of your order. Please let us know if you require your item urgently.

For our ‘made to measure’ items, we recommend ordering at least 8 weeks prior to your requested date. This allows plenty of time for making, shipping and any minor alterations if needed.
